This building was designed for a Design-Build competition promoted by the Office of Public Works. Keogan Architects proposed a three-storey building whose form responded to the geometry & contours of the site. The separate functional elements of the brief are given individual expression and the selection of external materials is designed to ensure that the building sits comfortably in the landscape.
