Deloitte is a leading international consultancy with offices in a series of adjoining buildings on Lower Hatch Street, Dublin 2. As a dynamic Company, the building & facilities they need to deliver their service to clients must be capable of rapid & cost effective adaptation and reorganization. Keogan Architects have led the Design Team advising Deloitte on the Fit-Out of No 1. Hatch Street, together with the renovation, refurbishment and up-grading of Hardwicke House and Deloitte House.

Our approach has been to design flexible open-plan spaces which optimize space ultilisation while also providing a comfortable working environment. Director & Partner accommodation is designed to be flexible, open & transparent. Support spaces such as tea-stations, cloaks areas, changing & shower facilities have also been provided.
